• The applicants shall be legal persons meeting the following conditions:
  • The company must be functioning
  • If the requested down payment is 15-20%, the applicant shall have at least 6 months from incorporating.
• The contract shall be signed by Tiriac Leasing after having verified the applicant at the Center for Payment Incidents, as well as the payment record,-if available (in case of registration at the Center for Payment Incidents/ a less favourable payment record, the possibility of signing the contract by Tiriac Leasing shall be thoroughly analyzed)
• If the Asset type approval is requested for a higher value then the pre-approved one or financing is requested for more than two objects the financing approval shall be settled individually.

Through joint efforts of Tiriac Leasing, Romcar, Casa Auto Brasov and Tiriac Imobiliare two schools in Brasov will benefit each from a multifunctional sports field, illuminated and equipped with high quality synthetic turf. The value of investment of the four sponsors amounts 130,000 Euro.

The first sports field, 888 sqm large, built for the pupils of School No. 11 – „St. O. Iosif” in Brasov was inaugurated on the 21st of September 2007 in presence of many local officials, pupils and teachers of the school. The event was marked by a football game between the most talented pupils of the school.

This is not the sole action of this type in Brasov: the pupils of School No. 13 are soon to benefit from a similar sports field,748 sqm large, thanks to the benevolence of the same sponsors.

The sports fields are multifunctional (football, handball, tennis) and provided with light, 5 m high protection fences and Mondo Turf 20 turf produced by MONDO Spa Italy – the official supplier of Romanian Football Federation.

Starting with 3rd of July 2006, the Tiriac Leasing offices from Bucharest have moved from Nicolae Caramfil Str. in the new building in 6-8 Giulesti Way, 6th district , Bucharest.

Starting with this date, in the offices from 19 Nicolae Caramfil Str., will take place leasing contraction activities and ending of assuranses. This work point will remain open for a short period, with a minimum number of personnel. Due to these reasons we ask you kindly to contact this office only in case of emergency.
