Documents necessary for the approval of a leasing based funding Legal entities Accounting records:
- Balance sheet on 31.12.2006 and the associated balance (signed and stamped)
- Balance sheet on 30.06.2007 and the associated balance (signed and stamped)
- Payment orders certifying the full payment of the obligations due to the state budget or a Fiscal certificate issued by the Inland Revenue Office.
- The VAT settlement and Statement 300, respectively submitted on a monthly (associated to the balance annexed to the file) or quarterly basis.
Legal documents:
* In case the funding is approved, the documents submitted in copy may be compared with the original documents.
